>John 1:4,5-In him (Jesus) was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.
In John 9, Jesus heals a man born blind. The blind man couldn't see until Jesus put mud on his eyes and told him to wash at the Pool of Siloam, the blind man could see. The blind man wasn't only just given the sight to see physically, he had been given the sight to see spiritually. He found out that the man who helped him see was the Son of God, therefore God is the light that helps people see him for who he is.
Light
Jesus said in John 8:12, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.
